There is a fridge, freezer, washing and machine, installed for all tenants to use.

There are currently two professional males in; one is late30, and I am early 40s. I am a chef and mechanic, he is a glazier. It as a quiet and relaxed, tidy living environment. There is also a small cat living in the house and bees in the backyard.

550 all in. The damage deposit is 550 pounds, which is returned fully and fairly if there is no damage to fix.
