These units can be easily adapted to assist you with all your accessibility needs. Comprising of an open plan kitchen / reception room, you’ll be able to move around with spacious corridors and large rooms.

These homes are located a short distance from Kidbrooke Station with great connections into London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross & Victoria on Southeastern Railway, connecting you to the city centre and beyond.

Do Folio London provide furnished homes?

Subject to availability Folio London offer furnished and unfurnished homes. If you choose to have a furnished property, it will include:

Our standard tenancy terms are between 12 to 36 months.
A Security Deposit equal to five weeks’ rent will be payable before moving in.
References are conducted by a third-party provider Goodlord.
Council Tax (Royal Borough of Greenwich) is to be paid separately by the resident.
Heating & Hot Water are billed as a pre-paid utility, residents are required to set up a separate account. All apartments are installed with GURU Hub 2 smart meter.
BT, Sky, Virgin & Freeview ports are installed in all apartments. These services are not provided by Folio London.
