†Well, not quite but our featured property in Milton Keynes this week has had to be taken down after two days because it is already under offer. Our featured property last week in Eltham, North London is also under offer.
Both properties have features in common - both are relatively small terraced houses (one Victorian, one modern) and realistically priced for their area. But most significantly both have been extensively adapted for wheelchair use, including access to upper floors via a through the ceiling wheelchair lift. We are told that the intended buyers chose these properties because they require this level of adaptations and very little if any additional work will be needed.
Who says accessible property doesn't sell?
