At least two of the big house builders are now including properties built to wheelchair standards in their developments. It's a small start but in the last month, both Barratt and Bryant Homes have announced developments that include a proportion of fully wheelchair accessible homes. Both developments (Barratt at Forest Place in Walthamstow, and Bryant Homes in Swindon ) advertised on our property pages. We will keep you informed of any further development.
