Home Information Packs (HIPS) for all properties from December 14

The Government has announced that Home Information Packs (HIPS) will be required for all properties offered for sale from December 14, 2007.

You will still be able to sell accessible and adapted property privately via this website (and still free of charge to private individuals!) However, we will check with you when you advertise whether a Home Information Pack is in place. If needed, we can arrange provision of the necessary pack. It's straightforward, and usually takes around one week.

So don't be put off - if you have accessible or adapted property available for sale or rent we want to see it on the Accessible Property Register website.
