New access criteria now available

APR is pleased to announce that new and upgraded access checklists are now available for both residential property and holiday accommodation. These checklists are central to the way the APR website works as they are used to create the lists of access features and adaptations that appear at the start of each advert.

New for residential property

Our residential checklist now includes options to show a self-contained annexe, ground floor bedroom, wheelchair accessible lift with weight limit, age conditions for retirement accommodation, etc.

New for holiday accommodation

Even more development here with inclusion of allergy-free accommodation, mid-height switches/sockets, lift access to upper floor with weight limit, information available in large print or Braille, visual/vibrating fire alarms, etc.
