The deadline for expressions of interest in the Environment Trust's innovative and attractive development at Norfolk Park in Sheffield is fast approaching.
The development, designed to green principles, consists of 47 one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses. All properties meet APR access standards and some of the apartments are specifically designed to meet the needs of wheelchair users. Properties are available for sale at 70% of market value, subject to conditions.
